30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For that reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges of unused and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Items

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags, dust bags, protective stickers, and authenticity cards attached.

- Original packaging (box, shopping bag, and any protective materials) must be included and undamaged.

- Fragrances, cosmetics, and made-to-order items are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.

- Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Time Frame

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.

Refund Options

- Full refund to the original payment method (including original shipping charges if the entire order is returned).

- Exchange for another size, color, or different item of equal or greater value.

- Store credit (gift card) issued instantly if preferred.

Return Shipping

- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Condition Inspection

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt. Should an item show signs of wear, missing components, or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20%.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at returns@charonofficial.com with the name, order number, email, phone number and reason for return.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Attach the provided return label (or ship to the address provided).l

4. Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Charón. Items purchased from authorized retailers or third-party platforms are subject to their respective return policies.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
